1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the packing, handling, and supply of goods by Gulf Jewel ("Company") in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By engaging our services, the client agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides: • Packaging of food products (e.g., rice, grains, pulses) • Labeling and branding • Storage (if agreed) • Dispatch and logistics coordination All services comply with regulations set by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and other relevant authorities.

3. Compliance with Regulations

• All products must meet standards defined by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization. • Food items must comply with hygiene and safety regulations issued by SFDA. • The client is responsible for ensuring raw materials meet import/export laws.

4. Quality Assurance

The Company ensures proper packaging under hygienic conditions. The Company is not responsible for: • Pre-existing defects in raw materials • Spoilage due to improper storage before delivery Quality checks are conducted before dispatch.

5. Packaging Specifications

• Packaging materials (bags, cartons, etc.) will be agreed upon in advance. • Labeling must comply with Saudi labeling laws (Arabic language required). • Any special requirements must be provided in writing before production.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are agreed upon in the contract or quotation. Payments must be made in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise agreed. Standard terms: • Advance payment (e.g., 50%) before processing • Remaining balance before delivery • Late payments may incur penalties.

7. Delivery and Logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to: • Supply chain issues • Government regulations • Force majeure events Risk transfers to the client upon delivery or dispatch (as agreed).

8. Storage Conditions

If storage is provided: • The Company maintains suitable conditions (temperature, hygiene) • Storage duration must be agreed in advance • Additional storage fees may apply.

9. Liability and Limitation

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the packaging service provided. The Company is not liable for: • Market losses • Delays caused by external factors Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client must: • Provide accurate product details • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws • Supply approved labeling content • Obtain necessary import/export permits

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failure due to: • Government restrictions • Natural disasters • Pandemics • Transportation disruptions

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business, pricing, and operational information confidential.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction: Saudi courts.

15. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients.

16. Acceptance

By using our services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
